This series of paintings was inspired by the natural beauty of Australian Boulder Opals. These opals have been revered by many cultures. The Australian Aborigines believed that opals were forged when the foot of the "Rainbow Creator" touched the ground.

Its variety of colors remind me of the beautiful sky, amazing ocean and complex earth.
